Order Fulfillment Times.

All orders regularly placed from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays and pre-holidays) by 11 a.m. will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after that time have no guarantee of departure on the day and will therefore be shipped on the first non-holiday next day. Orders paid by Bank Transfer will always be shipped after the actual credit deducted from the currency of the same. The above times are indicative and may vary during peak season and/or holidays. As soon as the shipment has departed from Our location, an email will be sent to you to inform you of the tracking of the courier and track the shipment.

Transport times

Transportation on the territory is entrusted to GLS or other Express Couriers available according to the cheapest fares, which on average deliver throughout Italy within 24/48 hours. The above times are absolutely indicative and may vary in holiday periods and/or depending on the destination to be reached. In any case, the company TOPOLENA SHOP SRL is not responsible for any delays due to the courier. Transportation is covered by full insurance against theft and/or loss.

IMPORTANT: In order to have a fast and secure delivery you need to indicate the destination address as accurately as possible. It is therefore important to provide the full address of useful information, for example Scale, Interior, Intercom, etc... also always provide a phone number where the courier can contact you before delivery. WWW.TOPOLENASHOP.COM of toPOLENA SHOP SRL is not responsible for any delays and/or missed deliveries caused by incomplete or inadequate addresses provided during ordering. Any delays will not give the buyer any right to claim damages of any kind. However, for any problem we always remain at your disposal to resolve any disputes with the courier.


It is possible to exercise the right of withdrawal (under D.Lgs 206/2005 (and subsequent updates)) by communicating to WWW.TOPOLENASHOP.COM of the company TOPOLENA SHOP SRL, the intention of not wanting to withhold one or more purchased items and requesting a refund or possible exchange with another item. In order to enjoy the right of withdrawal the product must be returned in the same conditions in which it was received, therefore complete with any packaging, seals, labels, various accessories provided. It is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal in the following cases:

Purchase made for business and/or professional use (purchase with VAT number).

Clothing or footwear worn and/or washed, or without original labels or packaging.

Any product that does not retain the original features and equipment possessed at the time of purchase (for example, the stock of a label or the simple breaking of the package).

If the purchased asset is not intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and ancillary equipment: manuals, cables, etc.). To limit damage to the original packaging, we therefore recommend, where possible, to put it in a second box, avoiding in all cases the affixing of labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original packaging of the product.

Any product that has been minimally used or has suffered alteration, tampering, rupture, abrasion or simple opening of a seal.

The return will be made with a refund on a credit card if the original payment was made by credit card, and by bank transfer in all other cases. Transportation costs if the remaining amount of the refund is less than 60.00 euros, therefore no longer including the free transport promotion, will be withheld from the total and calculated at the moment, but never exceeding 10.00 Euros.


How to Request a Return.

The intention or the need to request a return must be reported in any case to WWW.TOPOLENASHOP.COM of the company TOPOLENA SHOP SRL, in written form. In order to speed up the processing of requests it is preferable to use the convenient Return Request Form at the bottom of the page. You will receive a response with acceptance or denial within a very short time, as appropriate, along with clear instructions to make the return. No return will be accepted unless previously authorized by WWW.TOPOLENASHOP.COM of the COMPANY TOPOLENA SHOP SRL in written form.

Requirements required to obtain Replacement or Refund.

All returned products (except in the case of Warranty Replacement) must retain the characteristics they had at the time of purchase, so they must be in "equal to the new" conditions and ready to be resold. All the original seals, labels, tags, boxes or wrappers must be intact. In the absence of this important requirement the product will be considered "used" and will then be sent back to the sender with transport costs charge or withheld with a penalty that will vary from 60% to 80% of the purchase value according to the arrival conditions of the returned product.

The product must be returned complete with labels and with intact packaging. Products packaged in plastic blister must be intact and with un open blister and complete with all the integral elements, such as accessories, cables, manuals and various parts, for example.

If, as a result of a return made by Right of Withdrawal (required on an order with Free Transport) the net residual value of the order is less than Euro 60.00 (useful threshold for free shipping), the previously honored transport costs will be re-charged to the buyer. All returns – even those with WWW.TOPOLENASHOP.COM of the company TOPOLENA SHOP SRL – travel at the risk of the buyer, who is fully responsible for any damage to the products during transport.
Returns that travel with expenses at the expense of WWW.TOPOLENASHOP.COM of the company TOPOLENA SHOP SRL, must be entrusted exclusively to the contracted courier, always indicated in our Return Authorization document. Returns made that will be assigned to us by courier other than the one indicated will be automatically rejected and sent back to the sender.
