All orders regularly placed from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays and pre-holidays) by 11 a.m. will be shipped on the same day. Transport times
Transportation on the territory is entrusted to GLS or other Express Couriers available according to the cheapest fares, which on average deliver throughout Italy within 24/48 hours. The above times are absolutely indicative and may vary in holiday periods and/or depending on the destination to be reached. In any case, the company TOPOLENA SHOP SRL is not responsible for any delays due to the courier. Transportation is covered by full insurance against theft and/or loss.

It is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal in the following cases:
Purchase made for business and/or professional use (purchase with VAT number).
Clothing or footwear worn and/or washed, or without original labels or packaging.
Any product that does not retain the original features and equipment possessed at the time of purchase (for example, the stock of a label or the simple breaking of the package).
If the purchased asset is not intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and ancillary equipment: manuals, cables, etc.). Reimbursement Mode
